Australia (November 2012)Finally arrived in Maryborough |  | | We sailed from Bundaberg 50 miles south to the Mary river mouth. As there is strong tide currents we had to sail up the river by night, and following the chart instead of the visible beacon (...), the captain beached Le Maméju... Luckily, sand and muddy ground didn't retain us for long, and after 5 hours we anchored in front of the slipway. |
